Dave Nicholson

Dave proudly calls Noblesville home, where he lives with his wife, Cheryl. When he's not helping clients, he's serving the community he loves as chaplain with the Noblesville Police Department, supporting officers and their families and responding with compassion whenever a death or tragic event touches the community.

Real estate has been part of Dave's story for most of his life, from the first mobile home he bought to live in, to his first personal residence, residential rental properties, and fix-and-flip homes. Through every chapter, one thing has never changed: his genuine desire to help people, first as a pastor and simply as a person.

Now Dave brings that same heart to the most important financial decisions of your life, buying or selling a home. His pledge is simple: God being his helper, he will work hard, do his best, and never give up on representing his clients.
