Managing Broker | REALTOR®
(317) 903-8036Evan is a full-time real estate broker and a Noblesville City Councilman. That means he has a front-row view of how the local community grows, develops, and takes care of people — and he brings that perspective to every client.
For the last 15 years, Evan has helped families buy, sell, and build homes across the entire state, from first-time buyers who are nervous about where to even start to longtime homeowners ready for their next chapter. His style is simple: direct guidance, zero pressure, and answers in plain English.
He's the person you call when you're wondering, "Do we really need to fix the kitchen before we list?" or "Is this house actually worth what they're asking?"
Outside of negotiating and answering late-night texts, Evan's usually being walked by his Cavapoo, Jasper (our Chief Happiness Officer), rooting for the Colts, or grabbing coffee in downtown Noblesville. This isn't just where he works. It's home.

Senior Transitions Specialist
(317) 750-5147Paula helps seniors and their families navigate one of the hardest seasons there is: downsizing, transitioning to assisted living, and letting go of a home full of memories. She approaches every move with patience, respect, and a calm plan.
Previously, Paula worked as a Concierge for CarDon Senior Living, guiding families through care options, logistics, and emotions. She's also lived this personally, helping her own parents through six different senior living communities. She knows how overwhelming it can feel, and she knows where the stress points really are.
Paula has lived in Noblesville for three decades, where she and her husband Jeff raised their three sons. Outside of work, she's usually reading (50+ books this year already!) or spending time with her two pups, Leo the Schnauzer and Maisy the Cavachon.
Families trust Paula because she doesn't just understand the real estate side, she understands the human side and she stays with you through the entire transition.

Chief Happiness Officer
Jasper joined the Elliott Real Estate family in 2020 and has been an essential part of sign drops, client visits, and pup cup runs ever since.
This 5-year-old Cavapoo brings instant calm to clients and is officially the most requested member of the team. When he's not greeting new friends, you can usually find him on his favorite trail at Potter's Bridge Park in Noblesville.
Jasper's whole job is to remind us that home is where you can relax (and he takes that responsibility very seriously).

"Working with Evan and Paula was absolutely fantastic. As first time home buyers, we were relatively clueless about the process, and Evan guided us through seamlessly, despite setbacks and unforeseen circumstances. The Elliotts have great local connections, are incredibly knowledgeable about the area, and were always available. I would highly recommend them!"
